Restorative Justice Project
LMU Center for Urban Resilience
The Restorative Justice Project is founded on the belief that human harm caused by crime must be healed by a criminal justice system that is more restorative than punitive; that victims and survivors of crime, including offenders who were themselves victimized and others harmed by crime, can never be healed by merely punishing offenders.
The Project's activities include education, research, advocacy, creating communications, sponsoring community programs, building relationships and developing and disseminating effective practices.

The Bellarmine Forum
Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts
The 13th annual Bellarmine Forum will address the topic of “Restoring Justice.” “Restoring Justice” invites multidisciplinary reflection on the theories and practices of justice in our contemporary society, with a focus on the promise of restorative justice as a mechanism for addressing harm, teaching conflict prevention in schools and other institutions, rebuilding relationships and communities, and reintegrating offenders into society.
