International Travel Registration For LMU Faculty & Staff

Prior to any LMU-sponsored international travel, please register your trip in the university’s risk management software system.  After clicking the “Register Now” tab below, select "I have a username and password" and use your normal LMU login credentials.  if you are not already a listed user in the system, you will be asked to submit some brief information to create a user profile. Then, you will be taken to the trip registration page where you will choose your destination city or cities, and the dates of your stay in each city. You will need to add each city as a separate itinerary item with its corresponding dates.

As an LMU community member, you and any accompanying legal dependent(s) are automatically covered under LMU’s international travel insurance policy for the duration of your LMU-sponsored business. ACE Travel Assistance covers you in cases of accidents and emergencies, but should not be considered a substitute for your normal sickness insurance policy.
