Micro-Funding to Support Meetings/Discussions to Promote Research, Scholarship & Creative Activity

In addition to the four categories above, the University Research Council also has “micro” funding to support existing/potential collaborator discussions/network meetings. For example, an on-campus lunch to bring together collaborators (or potential collaborators) working on or planning a research proposal would fall in this category. This type of support may be requested via email to John Carfora, Associate Provost for Research. The email should (in no more than 1-2 paragraphs) identify the faculty/staff who would be in attendance, the purpose of the meetings, and an estimated budget for any expenses (e.g., food) associated with the meeting/discussion.
