Clients can expect to collaborate with consultants who are passionate about their work, manage data with an ethical and logical discernment, and aim to provide the client with a sound experience while conducting research and working with data. Expectations should also include timely response (within 48 – 72 hours) and follow-ups to emails, phone calls, or individual meetings, as well as effective communication – oral and written – when interpreting the findings and statistical results.
