Request a Co-Sponsorship

The Marymount Institute provides modest funding support (maximum of $500) to help co-sponsor public programs and events in the humanities and arts at LMU. This includes lectures, conferences, workshops, and performances, but not private meetings. Funding is awarded on a rolling basis. All funds are subject to LMU spending policies. 

Requests for co-sponsorship must be submitted a minimum of four weeks prior to the event. Organizers are expected to secure funding from other sources. All events co-sponsored by the Marymount Institute must list the institute as an official co-sponsor on any digital or printed materials, website and calendar listings. 

To request a co-sponsorship, please complete this form, which asks for the following information:  

  • Event information: title, date, sponsors, intended audience, and description of the proposed event or program, including participants and activities. 
  • Budget information: amount requested, budget, secured funding, and pending/requested funding.
