Steven Neal directs the Academic Community of Excellence program at Loyola Marymount University. He executes and oversees educational initiatives and services that support underrepresented students' graduate and professional school aspirations. He earned an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University, an M.Div. from The Master’s Seminary, and a B.A. in English from San Diego State University. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Southwestern Seminary.

Natalia Zevallos 

I am a junior Political Science major, and I plan to attend law school after a gap year once I've graduated from LMU. The reason I chose to become a Peer Success Leader was to help the incoming ACE sophomores on their journey to higher education the way my Peer Success leader did for me. In my free time I enjoy going to the theatre, watching movies and spending time with my family and friends.

Mariah Allen

I am a third-year Political Science and African-American Studies double major with a minor in Peace and Justice Studies. Following graduation, I will enroll in an accredited JD program to become an attorney. Being a part of ACE has greatly impacted my undergraduate experience. I hope to foster community amongst incoming and continuing scholars. In my free time, I love taking care of my plants and playing vinyl on my record player.
