Steven Neal Director 310-338-7826 Steven Neal directs the Academic Community of Excellence program at Loyola Marymount University. He executes and oversees educational initiatives and services that support underrepresented students' graduate and professional school aspirations. He earned an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University, an M.Div. from The Master’s Seminary, and a B.A. in English from San Diego State University. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Southwestern Seminary.

Megan Mingo Peer Success Leader I am a junior Sociology and African American studies double major and I plan to attend law school upon graduating from LMU. One thing that I enjoy about my role as a Peer Success Leader is having the opportunity to assist the ACE sophomore cohort along their journeys toward graduate and professional school. In my free time I enjoy watching movies and spending time with my family and friends.

Lauren Fabre Program Assistant I am a sophomore Biology major on the pre-medical track, planning to attend medical school after graduating from LMU. As a Program Assistant for ACE, I am excited to have the opportunity to promote the message of inclusivity and success that the ACE program exemplifies. Additionally, I am honored to assist the ACE program with event planning, student support, website maintenance, and any other administrative projects. In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. |
