To help you prepare for a successful start to the academic year, the Office of Faculty Engagement (OFE), in partnership with colleagues across the university, has developed a comprehensive New Faculty Orientation (NFO) program. Through engaging sessions, conversations, and opportunities to connect with campus partners and fellow faculty, NFO is designed to introduce you to LMU's mission and values, academic resources, support services, and the vibrant community that makes LMU a special place to teach, learn, and grow.
