The LMU Center for Faculty Development (CFD) is committed to providing resources and inspiration for all LMU faculty. Our goal is to promote holistic faculty development in the areas of teaching/learning, scholarly/creative work, leadership/professional development, so that faculty might thrive throughout the lifecycle of their careers. The CFD hosts presentations both by distinguished experts from outside the university and by LMU faculty who share their expertise. The CFD also provides opportunities for mentoring and professional dialogue in an open and supportive environment.
