Codi Young

Codi Young  joined Loyola Marymount University’s Office of Institutional Effectiveness in February 2026 and serves as an Institutional Research Associate. In this role, Codi supports the Institutional Research and Decision Support team's data validation efforts as well as the development and dissemination of reports on official university statistics.

Prior to joining LMU, Codi prepared harmonized longitudinal data on aging from the international network of Health and Retirement Studies at the University of Southern California. She received her B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles and her M.P.H in Epidemiology from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
