Codi Young

Codi Young  joined Loyola Marymount University’s Office of Institutional Effectiveness in January 2026 and serves as an Institutional Research Associate. In this role, Codi prepares and submits official university statistics to external agencies, ensures the accuracy and integrity of the data reported, and develops and maintains public-facing dashboards. Codi collaborates with colleagues across academic and administrative departments to provide reliable data, respond to ad-hoc requests, and support institutional research initiatives used to inform university decision-making and planning.

Prior to joining LMU, Codi prepared harmonized longitudinal survey data on aging from the international network of Health and Retirement Studies and supported aging research at the University of Southern California. Codi received her B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her M.P.H. in Epidemiology from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
