Sarah Yoshikawa, Ph.D.

Sarah Yoshikawa, Ph.D., is the Director of Data Management and Business Intelligence. She has been a part of the Office of Institutional Research and Decision Support since 2017. In her role, Sarah provides leadership and support in the use of data for decision making and planning; oversees data management and governance processes for IRDS; leads the development and maintenance of LMU’s Decision Support Environment; and oversees the development of internal reports and public-facing dashboards to inform planning and decision making. Before coming to LMU, Sarah worked as an Institutional Research Analyst at UC Riverside. She holds a B.S. degree in Child Development from CSU Fullerton and earned both an M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and Policy from UC Riverside.
