Sarah Adeyinka-Skold, Ph.D., Director for Scholarly and Creative Practice
Dr. Sarah Adeyinka-Skold is an associate professor of Sociology at Loyola Marymount University. She received her PhD from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020. Her research examines how heterosexual and queer women experience inequalities related to gender, race, and sexuality when searching for and forming romantic relationships. Her work has been published in various academic forums and featured on other media platforms such as The Laverne Cox Show and Therapy for Black Girls. She is thrilled to be in the CFD as the Director for Scholarly and Creative Practice. She is excited about executing programming that highlights cura personalis among LMU faculty.
