Department chairs are invited to join Professor Jonas Mureika for a candid, practical discussion about sustaining a research pipeline while managing the competing demands of department leadership. Together, participants will explore strategies for protecting time for scholarship, keeping research projects moving, and maintaining scholarly momentum while serving as chair.
