Capacity Building

How We Support Your Work

We recognize that each region operates within a distinct context and faces unique challenges. Our support is responsive and tailored to the specific needs, priorities, and capacities of each local area.

Technical Assistance & Implementation Support

We work directly with project operators to support implementation through individualized technical assistance, facilitated stakeholder meetings, planning sessions, and ongoing guidance. This includes helping regions clarify roles, develop coordinated processes, and address challenges as they arise.

Strategic Planning & Alignment

We support regions in setting priorities, aligning partners, and building long-term capacity. This includes facilitating planning conversations, strengthening coordination across DOR, AJCCs, workforce boards, and community partners, and supporting the development of shared strategies. This work is supported by tools such as data dashboards, the grantee portal, and planning resources that help inform decision-making and track progress.

Training & Professional Development

We provide targeted training and learning opportunities to support workforce professionals in strengthening implementation and advancing disability-inclusive practices. This includes workshops, Community of Practice sessions, and access to specialized learning opportunities. Learn more about Training & Professional Development

Peer Learning & Collaboration

We create opportunities for project operators to connect, share strategies, and learn from one another. These spaces support real-time problem solving, highlight promising practices, and strengthen collaboration across regions.

Our Expertise
