Training and professional development are key components of the DOR–AJCC Collaboration Project. LMU provides targeted learning opportunities designed to support project operators in strengthening implementation, building effective partnerships, and advancing disability-inclusive workforce practices.

What This Includes

Training opportunities are designed to align with project goals and support regional implementation. These include:

  • Capacity-building workshops aligned with project implementation
  • Community of Practice sessions for peer learning and shared problem-solving
  • Topic-specific trainings
  • Facilitated discussions and learning sessions connected to project milestones

Communities of Practice

Communities of Practice provides a space for project operators to connect, share strategies, and learn from one another. These sessions are designed to support real-time problem solving, highlight promising practices, and strengthen collaboration across regions.

Certificate in Leadership in Disability Workforce Development

LMU Extension offers the Certificate in Leadership in Disability Workforce Development, a specialized credential for professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge in disability inclusion, systems thinking, and workforce leadership.
