About the Certificate

The Certificate for Leadership in Disability Workforce Development prepares current and emerging leaders to advance disability inclusion, strengthen workforce systems, and improve employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Developed by faculty from Loyola Marymount University and Loyola Law School, the certificate combines research, policy, and practical application to equip participants with the knowledge and leadership skills needed to create more inclusive workplaces, programs, and communities. Through interactive instruction, case studies, collaborative discussions, and applied projects, participants examine the legal, ethical, and operational dimensions of disability workforce development while learning strategies to lead meaningful organizational and systems change.
