Teara Flagg Lander, Ed.D

Teara Flagg Lander, Ed.D., is a higher education scholar-practitioner and qualitative research methodologist. She serves as Founding Executive Director of The Leadership Collaborative at CU Denver and Assistant Teaching Professor in the Leadership for Educational Equity and Justice, Equity, and Diverse Identities programs. 

Dr. Lander’s scholarship advances equity, access, and institutional leadership capacity. She is a published author, speaker, and thought leader supporting higher education leaders navigating an increasingly diverse academy.
