Tanisha Taylor

Tanisha Taylor has served in a variety of capacities throughout her career in education, including serving as an elementary and middle school teacher, a school site administrator and currently as a school district-level administrator whose primary role is to provide technical assistance and coaching to school teams as they implement school climate initiatives such as Restorative Practices and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports. Tanisha's vision is to help school teams get transformational results (in thought and action) that will maximize their individual and collective influence and result in positive academic, social/emotional and behavioral outcomes for students, especially students that are historically underserved.

Tanisha is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Education for Social Justice in the University of San Diego's School of Leadership and Education Sciences. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time playing Uno and Scrabble with her family.
