K-12 Restorative Conference Referral Form
A Restorative Conference is a participatory meeting that is convened by a trained, multi-partial facilitator that allows participants to resolve their conflicts safely and in their own community. The process holds participants accountable for their behavior and addresses the root causes of the problem and can connect people to a support network. Everyone who is affected by the conflict, as well as their supporters, is invited to participate in the Restorative Conference. Participants include students, family members, administrators, faculty, staff, and resource organizations e.g., counselors. Participation is 100% voluntary.
