Loyola Marymount University's Disability Support Services (DSS) Office provides specialized assistance and resources to enable students with physical, perceptual, learning, ADHD and/or psychological disabilities to achieve maximum independence while pursuing their educational goals. Services are offered to students who have established disabilities under federal and state law.
DSS staff interact with all areas of the University to eliminate physical and attitudinal barriers.
The DSS Office is responsible for directing and coordinating the University's compliance with disability law on behalf of students with established disabilities. The DSS staff works directly with students, faculty, and staff to assure that students with disabilities are provided appropriate accommodation.
