Unfortunately, the DSS Office is unable to accommodate walk-in meetings. If you are interested in meeting with someone from the DSS staff, you will need to contact us in advance to schedule a meeting. Please know, DSS is only able to meet with parents if the student is present.

How to schedule a meeting with DSS:

• Email dsslmu@lmu.edu
• Provide the following information
  • Name
  • LMU ID Number
  • Reason for meeting
  • Some days and times you are available to meet
  • Preferred meeting method (in person, phone, Zoom)

DSS staff will respond to your email and work with you to arrange the meeting.
