The fall 2025 hours of operation for the DSS Office are as follows:
- 8 am to 5 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- 8 am to 4 pm on Fridays
During the fall 2025 semester, the DSS Office will be closed on the following University holidays:
- Monday, September 1 (Labor Day)
- Thursday, November 27 (Thanksgiving Day)
- Friday, November 284 (Thanksgiving Holiday)
The University will be closed for winter break beginning Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Friday, January 2, 2026.
Unfortunately, the DSS Office is unable to accommodate walk-ins. If you are interested in meeting with someone from the DSS staff, you will need to contact us in advance to schedule a meeting. Please know, DSS is only able to meet with parents if the student is present.
How to schedule a meeting with DSS:
- Email dsslmu@lmu.edu
- Provide the following information
- Name
- LMU ID Number
- Reason for meeting
- Some days and times you are available to meet
- Preferred meeting method (in person, phone, Zoom)
DSS staff will respond to your email and work with you to arrange the meeting.
