Students must provide documentation of their disability from an appropriate licensed professional. Services are offered to students who have established disabilities under state and federal laws. Once the student has provided all of the necessary documentation, the DSS Office will make every effort to respond to students' requests for accommodation within 15 business days, although during peak times it may take longer to receive notification. The same timeline applies to students who submit additional documentation so that their file may be re-reviewed. All information and documentation are confidential.
