Randeep Kullar

Randeep Kullar, Assistant Director Study Abroad serves as the Assistant Director of Study Abroad at LMU, bringing 15 years of experience as an international educator and career counselor within higher education. In this role, she supports the development and implementation of international education programs that foster global engagement while promoting students’ academic, personal, and professional growth.

Throughout her career, Randeep has been instrumental in designing and coordinating programs that integrate intercultural learning with career development. She has worked at institutions such as UC Berkeley and CIEE, where she supported global internship development, institutional partnerships, and adult learner career services. She also served as the Partnership Director of Diversity Initiatives at CEA CAPA Education Abroad, collaborating with U.S. universities to expand inclusive and accessible study abroad opportunities.

Randeep is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership at Colorado State University. She holds an M.S. in Counseling with a focus on Higher Education and Career Counseling from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in History with a minor in Education from UC Davis.

Outside of the office, she contributes to the field of international education through thought leadership and advocacy, engaging with organizations such as Diversity Abroad, NAFSA, the Forum on Education Abroad, and the Global Leadership League.
