Our park user research examines the perceptions, experiences, priorities, and concerns of visitors and local community members related to urban parks and natural areas. We employ intercept surveys within park locations as well as the surrounding areas to better understand not only the views of regular users, but also those who visit the parks less frequently or not at all. Survey findings provide the foundation of a comprehensive report and recommendations for park managers.
