Oceano Dunes Park Survey
In August 2022, CURes launched a two-year project with California State Parks and Parks California to conduct a survey of visitors to the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area and Pismo State Beach. CURes research scientists will follow a similar approach as a previous study of the Baldwin Hills Parklands, to better understand the park users’ activities, perceptions, and knowledge related to the recreational areas.
